Nabil Jeffri impressed everyone at the Spa Francorchamps circuit today in Belgium when he set a scorching pace to claim pole position for Rounds 7 & 8 of the JK Racing Asia Series. The Malaysian set a fastest time of 2:32.609 at the 7.004km circuit, with a gap of 0.565 seconds ahead of his Eurointernational teammate, Aston Hare.

It will be another spectacular outing as the JK Racing Asia Series visits the Spa Francorchamps circuit in Belgium this weekend, the midway mark of the 2012 season. This the Series’ second European outing as it heads to be part of the Blancpain Endurance Series - Total 24 Hours of Spa, with another close battle expected amongst the top contenders.

DRIVER UPDATE : F Asia 2.0 : Felix Rosenqvist

Determined to end the weekend on a high note, Marchy started a wet Round 6 from third on the grid, having qualified third quickest in the Saturday’s second qualifying session. Off the start, Marchy quickly moved up to second on Turn 1 and by the end of the first lap was leading the field.
